SUP Fitness & SUP Yoga
Welcome to the best workout room in the low country! Beginners are always welcome to join any of our SUP Fitness and Sup Yoga classes as our trained instructors give students the tools and direction to get you moving on the water! Starting with 10-15 minutes of on land instruction, our trainers will teach students how to activate their core strength to maximize balance for a great full body workout.
For those interested in the fitness benefits of SUP, we encourage you to try SUP fitness. Students will learn basic SUP technique , develop great paddling skills, flexibility, and improve overall balance while exploring the beautiful waters of Isle of Palms, SC. Class instruction combines practices from Pilates (strengthening) and Yoga (balance / flexibility), and students can expect to try plank, pushups, sit ups, and other core blast exercises while on the board! Not to fret, we paddle on flat water and typically only 1 in 10 will fall in!
Intimidation-free Sup Yoga classes include basic paddle instruction, pranayama (basic yoga breath work), brief meditation, sun salutations, and energetic, revitalizing poses to jumpstart your day. Expect to float in Savasana with the sounds of Mother Nature to to seal in the practice. All levels welcome. A few minutes of “Free Flow” at the end of each class – bring your sense of humor and expand your practice!

Wednesday Night Social Paddle
Great way to meet people who love to paddle and stay fit. We will have boards for rent at $20 per board. For those who bring their own board, paddle & pfd, it will be free. We will have a paddle instructor who can certainly help improve your technique. Please tell your friends and spread the word.
