We are continuing our Sup Fit Program. Our fitness classes will be instructed by Misty Johnson . We are excited to bring this program to you and to be working with Misty.
Who said exercise can’t be fun and full of adventure? Get Sup Fit with us while exploring the waters around Isle of Palms , SC. In this 6 week program, our trainers will help you develop good paddle skill and flexibility while strengthening your core and improving your overall balance. If you’re new to standup paddle boarding , don’t worry! We will help you develop the skill to become an efficient paddler while conditioning and strengthening your body. And if you’re an old pro, then come along for the ride and enjoy this total-body toning class!

Great way to meet people who love to paddle and stay fit. We will have boards for rent at $15 per board. For those who bring their own boards, it will be free. We will have a paddle instructor who can certainly help improve your technique . Please tell your friends and spread the word.
